How do I cancel my Premium subscription?

Subscriptions are managed by the store you purchased through, not inside the app. On iPhone: Settings โ†’ your name โ†’ Subscriptions โ†’ Nutri Logic AI โ†’ Cancel. On Android: Play Store โ†’ profile icon โ†’ Payments & subscriptions โ†’ Subscriptions โ†’ Nutri Logic AI โ†’ Cancel. You keep Premium until the end of the paid period.

My activity sync isn't working โ€” steps show zero

First check permissions. iPhone: Settings โ†’ Privacy & Security โ†’ Health โ†’ Nutri Logic AI โ†’ allow Steps, Active Energy, and Exercise Minutes. Android: make sure the Health Connect app is installed, then open it โ†’ App permissions โ†’ Nutri Logic AI โ†’ allow the requested data. Then tap Sync in the app's Fitness tab. Also confirm your phone or watch has recorded activity today โ€” if Health/Health Connect shows no steps, there's nothing to sync yet.

The meal scan got my food wrong

After a scan, use the description box before adding to your log โ€” tell the AI portion sizes or ingredients the camera couldn't see, and it recalculates. Clear, well-lit photos taken from above work best. You can also edit any logged item manually.

How is my daily calorie target calculated?

Your onboarding answers (age, sex, weight, height, goal, activity) are used to calculate your BMR and TDEE, then adjusted for your goal. On days you sync activity, bonus calories are added: half of your extra active burn, plus a bonus per 1,000 steps over 10,000. You can update your profile anytime in Settings and the plan recalculates.

Can I use the app without a subscription?

Yes. Manual food logging, AI-generated personal plan, 7-day history, hydration tracking, and activity sync are free. Premium unlocks the AI camera scanner, the unlimited AI coach, daily meal analysis, and the saved meals library.

How do I delete my account and data?

Email support@nutrilogicai.com from the address on your account and request deletion. Your account and synced data are removed from our systems. See the privacy policy for details on what we store.

I was charged but Premium didn't unlock

Open the paywall and tap "Restore purchases" โ€” this re-checks your subscription with the store. If it still doesn't unlock, email us with your store receipt and we'll sort it.
