Nutri Logic AI flips that. Modern AI can look at a photo of a meal and identify what's in it, estimate the portions, and work out the nutrition — the way a professional would, in seconds. Pair that with a calorie target that adapts to how active you actually were today, and tracking stops being a chore and starts being a glance.

What the app believes

• Accuracy beats effort. The AI is prompted to analyse like a nutritionist — itemising components, accounting for oils and sauces, and never underestimating portions.
• Targets should adapt. A 12,000-step day and a desk day shouldn't have the same calorie goal. Yours moves with you.
