๐Ÿ“ท AI meal scanner

Open the scanner, point your camera at any plate, and take a photo. The AI examines the image the way a nutritionist would: it identifies each component separately โ€” the protein, the carbs, the sauces and oils people usually forget โ€” estimates portion sizes against standard references, and accounts for cooking methods. You get an itemised breakdown with calories, protein, carbs, and fat per item, plus a confidence rating.

Before adding to your log, you can refine the result by describing anything the camera couldn't see ("large portion, cooked in olive oil"), and the AI recalculates using both the photo and your description.

๐Ÿ’ฌ AI nutrition coach

The coach is a chat that already knows your context: your goal, your calorie and macro plan, what you've eaten today, your hydration, and your synced activity. Ask what to eat next, whether you're on track, or anything about nutrition โ€” the answers are specific to you, not generic advice.

๐Ÿง  Daily meal analysis

One tap sends today's full log to the AI for review. It compares what you've eaten against your targets and comes back with three or four specific, actionable suggestions โ€” more protein at your next meal, an earlier dinner, a smarter snack โ€” based on what you actually ate.

โš–๏ธ Smart Balance โ€” adaptive calorie targets

Your plan isn't a fixed number. Connect Apple Health (iOS) or Health Connect (Android), and the app reads your steps, active calories burned, and exercise minutes. On active days you earn bonus calories: half of your extra burn is added back to your target, with additional bonuses for every 1,000 steps over 10,000. The Smart Balance ring on the home screen always shows exactly what's left today.

Activity sync is free for every user. Data is read only with your explicit permission, and the app never writes to your health data.

A colour-coded table of your week: green when you land on target, amber when you're well under, red when you're over. Every day expands to show its meals, and a weekly summary gives your average intake and how many days you hit your goal.

Eat the same breakfast most days? Save it once โ€” with an AI lookup to fill in the nutrition automatically โ€” and log it in a single tap from then on.
